This is where the system used to monitor the level of traffic in the network prints slower labels to avoid failing to guarantee our promise of next day delivery to certain post codes in coverage.
This could also be because certain line hauls or sort centres are close to capacity so we begin to slow the traffic to those locations to avoid a wider escalation.
